Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation & Modification Policy
We process and ship all orders very quickly, so we can't guarantee any modification or cancellation once your order has been placed.
If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact our customer support as soon as possible by email* at contact@myrosyra.com.
We'll do our best to modify or cancel your order if it hasn't been processed at our warehouse yet.
*To speed things up, write "Cancel my order" in the subject line, and include your full name and order number in the body of the email.
Return & Refund Policy
If your order has already shipped — no worries. You can still return it for a refund, as long as you follow the rules below.
Our refund policy lasts 30 days.
If more than 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in their original packaging. The shipping label must also be present and intact.
For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns once the product has been used.
Other items that can't be returned:
- Gift cards
- Digital products
To complete your return, we'll need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll email you to confirm we got it.
We'll also let you know whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within one week.
Shipping fees can only be refunded if you cancel before the package has shipped.

- Contact your bank or card issuer
- Processing usually takes 7 to 14 business days

If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There's often some processing time before a refund shows up.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items can be refunded.
Unfortunately, sale items can't be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they're defective or damaged.
If that's the case and you'd like to exchange it for the same item, email us at contact@myrosyra.com.
Shipping
To return a product, contact us by email at contact@myrosyra.com and we'll send you the full process along with the warehouse address.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping fees will be deducted from it. You're responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item.
Returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us.
If you're returning an item worth over $50, we recommend using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we'll receive your returned item.
