Returns & Exchanges:
At Rosyra, we do our best to provide detailed product descriptions so you know exactly what you're ordering — no surprises when your package arrives. Our goal is to make sure every customer feels confident before checkout.
Order Cancellation Policy:
We're proud of how fast we process orders. Most orders are processed within 12 hours of being placed. If you need to cancel your order for any reason, email us at contact@myrosyra.com as soon as possible.
Since most in-stock items are processed and/or shipped within 12 hours, you must contact us during this window so we can try to cancel your order before it's processed or shipped.
We can't accept cancellation requests once an order has already been processed.
Wrong Address:
It's your responsibility to make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately so we can update it. Address changes are only possible if your order hasn't been processed yet.
We can't be held responsible for incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. We're also not responsible for orders that are refused or undeliverable (wrong address, incomplete address, inaccessible location, etc.).
In these cases, packages may or may not be returned to us.
If your order is returned to sender, we'll offer you either a refund minus shipping costs, or a reshipment — your choice.
You're not eligible for a reshipment or refund until the package has been received back by the sender.
Return Policy:
We accept returns* for any reason — whether you're unsatisfied or simply changed your mind. Our return window is 14 days from the day you receive your products. If you're not happy for any reason, just fill out this return form, sign it, and send it back with your package to the address our support team will provide once you contact us.
